Editable Spline Control Points #309

Spline control points need to be editable so if a slopes' control point is edited, other control points need to be recalculated for c1 and c2 continuity.

This will only be implemented for

[x] quadratic bezier splines
[x] cubic hermit splines (catmull-rom splines)
