Social Icons - Share & Follow

We're currently using Elfsight for the social icons, however these have a few problems:

• You can't share the content - you can only view the pages
• The elfsight logo is there
• We have a limited number of views until it disappears (200 per month)

Now, we want to add the following:

• Social share icons
• Social "follow" icons - similar to what we have now - but with Disqus (which is something that Elfsight is very good for!)
