I thought that this would cost money, that's why I set the estimate so high, but I think that we may be okay for now. While the entire site isn't HTTPS, the log-in page is (thanks to CloudFlare), and we can work on rectifying the rest later. This issue relates to the PWA and how we needed some sort of SSL/HTTPS for the PWABuilder.com applet. Now that that's no longer an issue, this issue can be closed (however, we won't close #35 as that is just about SSL for the entire site)
