Is it already compatible with OTRS 4? I'm trying to split a processticket, but nothing happens, neither an error/info in systemlog. I#m attaching my config as Image, is there a failConfig?

Hello

We have not updated this to OTRS 4 yet, in regards of your config, activity and process must be linked to the ID, like A1, P1, A2, P5 etc.

The fields should be a comma separeted list and do not need the prefix DynamicField_
