But earlier with Zephyr he lived:
It looks like the skill isn't affected by avoidance but is affected by Zephyr.
edit: actually, I'm not sure if this is the right conclusion, I have troubles with finding any spells that are affected by avoidance in AV, will reopen if I find something more conclusive.
