Set 'Name' in the desktop file to something reasonable. #7

This is the field that's used for display in Gnome 3, so make it short(ish) and sweet. Also use consistent capitalization on the GenericName.

As a side note, it would be nice if the icons would be installed on Linux; I'm having to do it manually right now in https://github.com/kepstin/kepstin-ebuilds/blob/master/media-sound/acoustid-fingerprinter/acoustid-fingerprinter-0.5.1.ebuild#L24
