Unable to submit / receive new AcoustIDs #107

As of last night (or possibly earlier) the server seems unresponsive. In Picard the Submit AcoustIDs button never grays out, and I've submitted a bunch of fingerprints via script but with no results returned. The status page shows it's operational, but it's not working as it normally does.
