update schema 2024-05-13 SQL files #11

fixes #10

  1. the content of mbslave/sql is simply the result of running ./scripts/update_sql.sh
  2. poetry lock --no-update required for checks to pass
  3. added update instructions to README.rst
  4. remove obsolete (?) scripts/update_models.sh
  5. some fixes in DEVELOPMENT.rst
