Rebuild acquia-sdk-php-* repositories to remove -n from commit messages #16

Although the code is in a good state, we should rebuild the acquia-sdk-php-* to remove the -n from the commit messages. As per https://github.com/dflydev/git-subsplit/issues/12, this is an issue with Git, and the workaround is specified there.

Re-split repositories, -n went away once fix highlighted in the issue was applied to the machine generating the subsplits.
