VDM-8072: MySql error while creating DB dump #130

Requirements:

  1. Add extra options to acsf-tools:dump command as --sql-dump-extra='--option-1 --option-2' to take extra command options.
  2. Modified command Annotation and code for the above implemenattion.

Note: Initial merge is required to test it on server.
