Image Styles and View modes not used should not show up in Media embed #125

Related to #112 - now that #113 is solved I am seeing the UX problems!

I have an audit sheet that shows two image styles don't have view modes.

Medium
Large Both come with core. Not using them is not a big deal since you can't see them. On the view mode side of things you see a few extras you don't want to see.
Default and Full content are redundant (lets pick one)
Media Browser and Media library are confusing
Token is useless?
Medium and Large are "missing" - need consensus on whether we should add more view modes or maybe do something else.
