Testing infra for optional modules needed #159

We have a number of optional modules including df_tools that wrap bundles of optional modules as well as other optional modules that don't ship as part of a df tool but provide value on their own. We should ensure that, if we do ship with a module, we should be testing that it can be enabled without errors.

A proposed resolution here is to add another test run to our build matrix on Travis. This additional run would have no behat tests running but it would use drush to enable the modules.
