Since we have removed the Type Style modules (Type Style and Type Style Moderation), the buttons for Create New Draft, Archive, Send to review, and Publish have the same blue background.
I'm proposing we add a stylesheet to df_tools_workflow to add the colors back to the way they were styled when we were using Type Style.
