Yeah, Flora does work with rootful in theory, however I didn't release any rootful versions because I have no way to test them.

That's also one of the reasons that the project is open source, anyone who wants to try it on rootful is welcome to compile it themselves.

I will get a device running a rootful JB at some point, once I confirm that everything works as intended I'll release a rootful version too.
