Mounting: Battery case for 4400mAh battery #14

The 4400 mHr battery looks like it should be able to do the job, both for size and storage. It needs a frame/case to bolt it down, though. I'll try to come up with something.

Best design would likely be a clamshell bolted down to the plate.

I've decided to pass this off to the mechanical team. They're going to need to do the physical mounting for the various parts anyway.

We might also need to be going to an external battery pack in the ATA power well they have in the design, pending final power checks on power longevity.
