Testing / Convert RFM code to 434.0 Mhz radios #16

I have a pair of Feather M0 boards with RFM9x 434.0 MHz radios.

These can handle full prototyping stages until official hardware arrives. We need to convert the testing code to use these boards on both the receiver and transmitter ends.
