Get the GPS Ultimate Featherwing working over serial to the Feather.

Pull down GPS
Slim down the library API
Evaluate the radio a bit (how long to a lock, etc)
Put in a battery when it's time to really start testing seriously

GPS Featherwing board is working great. I've slimmed the demo to a bare minimum working version and shown that it's within about 12-20ft of ground truth on my desk. This is working great.
