Mounting: Find/cut a protoboard to fit footprint #9

In the end, we'll need two protoboards that fit on the ATA Frame Plates.

(Reminder: need to name the plates and/or sides of the plates)

They'll be on the order of 3.75 x 3.75" with corners milled out to clear the standoffs.

I found a couple of protoboard sheets that are more than big enough for the ATA footprint.

The best one is likely 80x120mm, which can be cut down to fit. That should provide enough sq mm of space for all of the electronics on the A side of the plate.

I'll open a new issue for the actual mounting stage later.
