The dependabot documentation states that we can specify multiple options with a config file located in the .dependabot directory.
However I cannot make it use my config file (which is correct according to the validator). The PRs are still created against the default branch and without the other options of my conf.
Is it supposed to work in a Azure Devops environment ? I'm not sure as a lot of stuff is dedicated to github, I would like to have some information.
Also it would be great to configure it from the ruby script like the directory option of the PR #10.
