The new standard is to use <epub:type="z3998:personal-name"> for names that aren't in <a> tags, see: https://standardebooks.org/manual/1.6.1/single-page#6.6.4

The toolset must have updated during your production, there is an error now in your colophon.xhtml line 12. The se: tag should be

se:image.color-depth.black-on-transparent

Right now it's missing image
