add ability to style chrome #4

I would like to be able to use superUserContent to style firefox's toolbars and UI. It doesn't seem to work for that. Any desire to add such a feature? Thanks.

This feature does seem in line with the goals of the project. I would consider pull requests that implement this feature.

I think the add-on should create another directory called userChrome.css.d and load the stylesheets that affect the chrome from there.
