Is this a tutorial on go or a tutorial on using the app?

I'm thinking on a tutorial on the rules of GO. While the app is now used almost exclusively by veterans that have been playing GO for years, when we take it off beta a lot of people will find it and it will be their introduction to the game. Trouble is, GO is hard so without some serious handholding they will just give up immediately.

I am no GO teacher though, so first I would have to decide on the contents of said introduction to go. Something like this maybe? https://www.learngo.co.uk/GoTutor/Tutor.php or perhaps something more interactive, like this: https://online-go.com/learn-to-play-go

Recently implemented OGS puzzles, which contain quite a few beginner tutorials... @acristescu the code is by no means tidy but if you like can make a draft PR for that one? And anything else I've done that you fancy
