Add Recovery procedure and had issue with keyboard #3

Matt didn't follow my instructions (of course), and his keyboard was not able to send the Shift key on boot to enter into the NOOBS recovery mode to re-install.

Had to use a 104-key to enter recovery. Did not have to re-image the SD card to get back into NOOBS.
