Add ContentNote and ContentDocumentLink when selecting Cases #104

Summary If you are working on a project with Cases you might also want to import notes as well. So we should include the two objects needed for rich text notes.

Proposed Solution Any time the Cases are recommended also recommend ContentNote and ContentDocumentLink are also included.
