Describe the bug taiko pp is wrong in some (conversion) maps (not all maps)

The strain value seems wrong a lot.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Expected behavior Show correct (strain) pp

osu! says 0.95 but ezpp says 1.68. also max hits count is wrong (this means taiko converter is doing bad work)
