Error in Adding new billing item - Invoice

I added new billing item http://va.antronsys.com/VAModule/Invoices/AddEditInvoice/1 Test - with rate as 100$, saved it and i got the message too as "Your data is saved.".

When i edited this invoice from draft, the newly added billing item is missing.

Resolved this issue. Please check and confirm invoice

I added one item named "adding on draft" to this invoice, saved and opened again

Consultant name - code designation - hours approved are empty in PDF.

In the new invoice option i see even the inactivated clients to be listed in the Client Selectbox.

I am not able to test this. I logged i as clientadmin i have no option to do any operations. Below is what i get.
