UTF8 support for student names #21

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set the student first or last name like "Matevž"
2. The non-latin characters are changed to "?".
3. My name becomes "Matev?"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
