Replace confd #19

alternative to #18 resolves #17

In draft because the templates should all be translated to new syntax. need testing

@hparfr I took some time to add a test suite that validates many of the promises of this image, including the expected /etc/odoo.cfg built from environment variables.

Could you rebase to check how it goes?

Thanks for adding tests.

I have reduced the number of commits, removed confd install file and references in dockerfiles, fixed default values and moved PG_ definition from entrypoint to answers.sh

The PR is ready.
