All of the exports divide the fret, one piece per string. This is fundamental to the design of FF and what enables FF to create microtonal fretboards.
If the endpoints aren't coincident for an equal temperament design, this is a bug, but could possibly be the result of floating point arithmetic in javascript. Unfortunately, I wrote the DXF output routine myself and I'm not expert enough on the DXF format to fix it if it requires anything significant.
Can you attach some screenshots to illustrate the magnitude of the problem?

The DXF Export is very broke. It exports frets as 5-6 pieces each. None of them able to be joined to the next as the segments over lap.
The sides of the fretboard do not intersect correctly with the nut/last fret.
When importing the DFX I mark out the fret positions and re-draw the entire board, its a lot quicker
