Rename the repository and project #3

The original motivation was to also partially replace langchain, now the focus has shifted to higher abstraction and agent interactions, so the name is not very fitting anymore. The sooner we rename it the better :) Mind that it does not need to be very fancy - repo/library/framework name can be quite mundane and the project name can be something more fitting.

You can put ideas/proposals in slack or here.

- maitai # multi-agent interaction toolbox for AI
- aiaiai # can be parsed into "ai agents in arbitrary interaction" or "aligning interacting AI agents <some_word_with_i>" or sth including "active inference" if you wish;    this one I remember picking up from Clem? or Nora?

@jas-ho Thanks for the suggestions! (I missed this message - sorry; please tag me next time!)

aiaiai - love this but it is an acronym of the name of Clem's grander/more general project :) (so: maybe later ;)
maitai - I really like this one! (witty and rhymes well, even if less memorable ;)
interactions - well, basically what we went with :)

We already chose the name InterLab, and will likely keep it.
