Refactor to interlab

Following feedback from querychains 0.1, meetings in early July, and design discussions with Mihaly and Ada.

• [x] Rename to interlab
• [x] Refactor into 4 modules (utils, llm, context, actor)
• [x] Clean up some older code (channels, ...)
• [x] Rewrite actors (with Event, Format, and Memory)

  • X add more complex recalling memory, add token-counting memory, ...) -- later
  • [x] Add simple universal LLM agents
• [x] Add pydantic JSON prompter&parser (with GPT-3 gen examples)
