"used in rules" links are broken #184

The "used in rules" link go the the wrong place: "https://act-rules.github.io/rules/4c31df/rules/80f0bf"

Looks like the problem is that the link is relative instead of absolute. You can find an example here: https://act-rules.github.io/rules/4c31df
