act-rules.github.io returns a blank page if you don't have JavaScript #287

The redirect from https://act-rules.github.io/ to https://act-rules.github.io/pages/about is apparently implemented via JavaScript. The start page is therefore completely unaccessible to text-based browsers such as lynx or elinks.
