Passed Example 3 doesn't pass in Chrome - HTML images contain no text [0va7u6] #2171

Chrome does not provide an accessible name for the image in Passed Example 3.

Should we consider adding a note in "Accessibility Support" to address this? Additionally, I am initiating a bug report in Chromium.

Sorry, I thought rule was about acc name, instead was about 1.4.5, closing
