fix: updated PRN to 20Char #6

Hi @lijnam ,

Thank you for the pull request.

However, we not quite sure why you would want to limit PRN to 20 characters. Based on the documentation we have, it says it accepts up to 25 characters. image

The order key that is currently used for PRN is not more than 22 characters at max. Could you please shed some light on the issue you're facing and trying to solve.

@act360 i had a chat with a representative from fonepay, they asked to make it less than 20 character

We have confirmed that 20 characters limit is not required.
