英文版本 #132

因为某些需求，翻译了一套英文的YD，除了TriggerUI方面是覆盖掉原有中文版本，需要YD自己开发一套切换功能外，都是基于YD的多语言做的。因为时间关系，部分触发注释内容机翻，但总比没有强。 无所谓是否接受推送

不错。不过我需要一些时间来review。此外我希望你能切割为几个pull request，mpq数据，UI，以及其它的东西。

1.mpq数据，我想知道你用了哪个版本的mpq数据 2.UI是有多语言机制的，ui/en-US目录应该是有效的

mpq数据是1.27的，说的UI是https://github.com/actboy168/YDWE/tree/master/Development/Component/ui 英文的是在这里额外加个en-US目录？

分割应该没问题，不过我会另外fork一个然后pull request。这个版本是给暴雪WE负责人看的

目录结构/文件和根目录保持一致就行
