JAPI(设置技能数据字串符)问题。 #154

问题：单位 - 设置 (触发单位) 的 暴风雪 第 1 级的 提示 为 1111

说解：改变某个单位技能文本说明，但是我发现改变的不是这个单位单纯技能说明而是全局，改变的时全局不是单纯改变单位技能说明，还有这个功能你都说了 (设置 (触发单位))这个不时单纯改变吗，全局根本不需要这个单位设置，直接(设置 ( 暴风雪) 第 1 级的 提示 为 1111)。

重点是该单位设置，关隔离什么事，我又没改变隔离盟友英雄技能提示，这个是不是跑偏了。
