Show/hide schemes #411

New feature is toggling individual schemes in the map. A few other fixes along the way

I will see if I can find anything about the line endpoints, do you have any starting ideas why it might be @dabreegster In any case happy to release this with that caveat to Sustrans, seems like a useful feature for sure!

No :\ It's not a huge problem right now, just a bit weird to see the floating circles remain. I left some comments here about the deprecated maplibre styles, which we've been accidentally using. I think there's some way to get maplibre to log warnings when we feed in bad styles, but I haven't figured out how yet. That's probably our best bet for figuring out things like this
