Spatial signatures browse layer #444

During a Turing meeting, the idea to add https://urbangrammarai.xyz/great-britain/ as a layer to the browse tool came up. It'd be easy technically -- grab the gpkg from https://figshare.com/articles/dataset/Geographical_Characterisation_of_British_Urban_Form_and_Function_using_the_Spatial_Signatures_Framework/16691575/3, convert to pmtiles with tippecanoe, copy over their nice color scheme. But I don't know if there are any uses for this contextual layer internally
