Adjust distance measuring to make it more precise

ATIP suggestion - Measuring - can the line have arrows at the end rather than circles so you can get more accurate measurements. Hope its ok to send this direct - I understand there is a form to fill in now for requests

Started in https://github.com/acteng/atip/tree/arrow_measure Need to tune the arrow style to show precisely where the endpoint is. The arrow is actually kind of worse than the dot for this, since the symbol is centered at the actual point.

What's the use case for very precise measurements, out of curiosity?
