Does the inspections team care about advanced stop lines / bike boxes, and/or separate bike signals? If so, we can start thinking about what info is helpful there. For ASLs, Ben and I have started thinking through these in some detail in osm2streets. For early greens, a simple attribute might just be "how many seconds between the cycle signal going green and the vehicle one?"
