Say we write down a schema. What are the types of things we'll do with it?
1) Have a UI for LAs / ATE to create / edit / delete assets (grouped by "layer" -- existing conditions or planned scheme)
2) Automated assessment
3) Initial seeding of existing conditions -- from OpenStreetMap and any existing datasets LAs or other groups have
4) Export/conflation -- compare ATE's view of existing conditions with OpenStreetMap at any time, mapping between two schemas, and look for differences. Feed into some kind of UI to handle conflicts and update either dataset in either direction.
