Represent CID schema #4

As an image + encoded in some language that can define schemas (e.g. qml).

Just looking at this, am liking the look of Arrow: https://github.com/feast-dev/feast/issues/2013

Now done for the Cycle Lane/Track table, 8 more to go..

This is now in there, good enough for now. We can always refine this but that can be for another issue...
