Cloud SQL performs occasional maintenance on instances. We should opt-in to maintenance notifications on production so that we are aware of any impact.

This requires us to:

[ ] Set a maintenance window on our Cloud SQL instance
[ ] Turn on maintenance notifications for Cloud SQL for each member of the team (GCP does not support emailing a custom email address)
