As an LA I want to ensure changed milestone dates have the correct chronology based on the order of milestones.

Acceptance criteria

Milestone forecast and actual dates should independently:
1. Not have a date that is before the previous milestone date (the same date is acceptable)

Internal feedback:

Actual dates can be inputted as going backwards in time, so you can complete construction before you’ve actually started it etc.

Agree there needs to be a restriction that dates can only run chronologically through milestones.

Authority feedback:

We noticed that an error had occurred on the inputting of one of our dates (see below). We were a little surprised it was possible to enter a completion date that was actually earlier than a construction started date.
