LA feedback:
With the introduction of the ‘Needs Review’ flag I think the ‘Last Review’ date could be considered redundant, I don’t care that much about the last reviewed date because I know it would have been in the last reporting window – I think the scheme status (then budget and spend to date, to a lesser extent) would be more useful and informative on the scheme summary.
Would be good to see what the current milestone is, perhaps a tick box to select when they update their dates. Planned construction completion date is already included in the service? Would like to see the previous entry for milestones and spend to date, if this requires a card list for formatting thats okay.

This seems like a longer process than the excel sheet as we have to click into lots more boxes and cannot compare schemes on the same sheet to check information.
One future improvement we have looked at was surfacing more information on the initial schemes list page, so rather than just scheme reference, scheme name, funding programme we might show more data like spend to date, funding allocation, current milestone. Would that allow you to do the comparisons you mentioned? Yes that would be better – just to ensure the correct information is in the correct scheme at a glance rather than having to go into multiple pages. Outputs would also be useful if there was space.
Some LAs have expressed a desire to see more details about a scheme in the scheme list. For example: current milestone, planned construction completed milestone date.
We currently use a table to display the schemes, which at 4 columns is at capacity. To show further details we may want to consider using a card list instead. This would allow us to surface more details without being constrained by a column layout.
