As an LA I don't need to be reminded to update my schemes if they were reviewed close to the start of the reporting window

e.g. if I confirmed my scheme was up-to-date on 31st March, does it still need a review on 1st April

Discussed what an acceptable window would be, suggestion from Guy to go with last working day/last working week of previous quarter.

Agreed to investigate more with local authorities what they would prefer/aligns with their workflow.

We would expect LAs to report after close of last month in the quarter. Could be useful to remind LAs in last month of the quarter. Not an urgent priority. Could take this to feedback session in August.
