Simple readme example that is different than no-header files.

Also trying to setup a setup.cfg file fro installation and some other preservation of memory/space.

Hi @muschellij2 , Thanks for the documentation. The setup.cfg seems redundant though. We are using pyproject.toml, with basically the same information. It seems to work fine on Pypi.
