Made location of pc templates configurable: can give filepath of pc-templates-folder option 1: set environment variable PCTEMPLATES option 2: set value for PCTEMPLATECONFIG.pathfile in "config/mount/sample.ini" option 3 (default): '/src/actinia-module-plugin/config/templates/pc_templates'
