External tool fails to run if installed in a different path to default

I installed on the D: drive rather than the C: drive and when I launched from External Tools I could see a command window flash up mentioning that it was unable to find a particular file, but it was gone too fast for me to read all of it. However, I guessed it was due to the installation path, so re-installed on the C: drive and could then get past this error
